“Outdated, rooms need to be renovated. The rooms are in poor shape.”

“Rooms were fine and clean. Lobby smelled like we*d when we first arrived. Gym had a huge leak and crumbs all over the floor. Equipment was dirty. They had no spray or paper towels in there to wipe equipment down. Absolutely disgusting and should’ve been closed to guests if that’s the condition of the gym.”

“When we arrived, the room door was already open before we even got to the room. There were cleaning chemicals left inside, and it appeared that the room had not been fully cleaned. The bathroom was not clean, the outlet in the bedroom did not work, and the room had a very unpleasant smell. On top of that, the water did not get hot. It was barely lukewarm, if even that, which made it difficult to properly shower and get comfortable. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we expected...

“I liked our room it was very clean and smelled so good the only thing was there was not enough light in the bathroom, the tv blocked the mirror, there was no soap in the bathroom but they did give us some soap. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you need them. What I did not like was the motorcycle parked in between the two benches where customers should be able to go out and sit and enjoy outside without there being a motorcycle illegally parked by park benches right outside the pool...
